"Reversing my poor review!"
I can’t find my first poor review but I am writing again to reverse it. Without my asking, Personal Creations sent me a new item to make up for their initial mistake. I’m impressed that they cared enough to make it right. Thank you Personal Creations. They seem to be working hard to reverse whatever trouble they had been having. Who knows, maybe it was a Covid outbreak. Let’s have a little grace people.

"Good experience"
I ordered 6 christmas gifts from this site and then read the reviews! Had a slight panic attack and contacted the company. They responded within the day explaining there were delivery issues. So I waited a little longer than expected but have received them all today and they are absolutely lovely. Good quality and exactly what I ordered. The items are well packaged and the baubles came in small velvet bags. I'm over the moon with them.

Overall so happy with this company. Recieved my canvas and it looks amazing. From purchase time to delivery it took less than a week. Will purchase from them again.

Ordered a personalized items yesterday afternoon. still want the item but need to put a hold on it as the church date may change and you can't "hold' it 24 hours to confirm? not happy at all and will not use again. i can understand if i ordered it on a business day and waited 24 hours to contact but that is not the case order #371125444093. very, very disappointed. customer service wasn't even nice about!
